Here's Looking at You

When we went four wheeling up at Red Cloud Loop. I got some great shots of this deer. He stayed there and looked at us for quite a while!

I had a great Fourth of July. This year they had food vendors, bands, and dancing down by the river until the fireworks began. We walked down to the river and enjoyed the activities, and fireworks.
Emily got dressed up for the Fourth of July. She is growing like a weed and is in the 90th percentile in weight, height, and head size. A lot of her clothes do not get worn because by the time they are weather appropriate she has grow out of them.

Mother's Day

I had a great Mother's Day weekend. I spent time with family and friends. Here are a few new pictures of Emily.

Danish Crumbs and cheese

Danish Crumbs and Cheese (edit/delete)

Blend together

2 c flour

1 c brown sugar

1 c nuts

1 c margerine

Sprinkle in pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out half of the crumbs to use on top.

Cream

1 large package cream cheese

add

1 c powdered sugar

carefully fold in

1 large package lucky whip (whipped)

Pour over crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top of mixture and refrigerate.

Fix

1 package Danish Dessert according to the directions ( strawberry or raspberry)

add

1 package frozen strawberries or raspberries

Cool

Cut cream cheese mixture and top with Danish Dessert mixture.
